The scripting language used in EdgeRater and the EdgeClub is referred to within the documentation as 'Chart Script'. It is very similar to the MetaStock Formula Language (MFL) and the Amibroker Formula Language (AFL).
A good place to get started with chart script is in the quick start section of the documentation.
