I create and save Top 50 GIR daily for the past few months. When I try to transfer the files to the ER folder using the ASCII utility as explained in your video I get an error message that there was an error exporting the files...some files are exported and some are not. The files are contained in monthly folders that are under one parent folder...I followed the instructions in the video and am getting this error. I would appreciate your help.

The error message comes from HGSI when you are trying to export from HGSI.
A common cause of this problem is that some of your groups have a trailing space in the name, so that instead of "20141020 Top 50 GIR" it appears as "20141020 Top 50 GIR ". Note the trailing space.
The solution is to go into HGSI and rename your groups so that you remove any trailing spaces.
I believe the HGSI team are working on a fix for this.
