No 2014 Backtest Results for ETFs

Hello,

I created my list of commonly traded, liquid ETFs and wanted to see backtest results only for this year, 2014, but for some reason nothing is showing up. What am I doing wrong?

I think I figured it out. It is because there is not enough data to generate 200 MA.

Yes you are correct. In order to get the first value for the 200MA you need 200 prior bars. So, to run the test you want to run (from Jan 1 2014) you would need to make sure you have data going back to approx Jan 1 2013. Then you set the date filter in the Entries and Exits tab so that your simulation only runs for the period you choose:
