Connors RSI--Bearish

Anyone know why there isn't a Bearish Connors RSI for when the stock is overbought?

The data shows a good expectancy at that extreme as well...

Any way to program that from the existing CRSI Script?

It seems that Connors research have developped strategies to trade the overbought stocks with CRSI.
