Update Lists
Is there a way to update all lists at once or do you have to do each one individually?

Yes, you can update all lists using the menu option:
Home->Symbol Lists
Which brings up the 'Manage Symbol Lists' dialog box. From there you can check the lists you wish to update and then hit 'Update List Data'.
That dialog box allows you to delete multiple lists as well.
