Is there a way to update all lists at once or do you have to do each one individually?

A couple questions;

1) Is there a way to shade Bollinger Bands in the chart designer?

2) Can I create an event where the LRC_SDChannel (10,1)Mid crosses above the BB(10,0.5)Lower as an entry &
when the LRC_SDChannel (10,1)Mid crosses below the BB(10,0.5)Upper as an exit?

I know how to compare price (close) from one day to another by using the (Ref(C,1), but how would I reference a close from 5 weeks ago? Would it be (Ref(C,35)? I'm just not sure if there is a callout for weeks or if you just multiply by 7. Thanks.
