My symbol lists got wiped out. I downloaded the latest version of ETF Trading Bandit. This worked before, but not this time. Need help. Thanks

I cannot get my symbol lists to update. My symbol lists are populated but the reply is no symbols available. I am an old timer.
Tell me what my problem is. THX (Been using this for years)
