This template detects stocks that are in a period of low volatility and have seen volume bursts come in during that period. Low volatility is detected using the squeeze (Bollinger bands inside Keltner Channels) and volume bursts are detected using Pocket Pivots (Morales & Kacher) in both up and down configurations.

The count of pocket pivots during the squeeze is calculated and shown as a percentage of the overall squeeze length. The Up - Down count is also calculated to show the bias of volume bursts.

These are stocks that have been recently ignored by traders after being previously actively traded. The volume bursts signal that someone is accumulating or distributing shares.
