ETF Trading Bandit Signals with Intraday update

Post by bbadmin »

Chris,

My platform says hold long on all the Major 20 ETF’s.
The only ones that closed with RSI’s < 55 are EWH, QQQQ< XLV.
At the end of day it read correctly but now it says hold long.
This will basically be a scanner for me so I don’t have to manually click through hundreds of charts daily.

Best wishes,

Ted

Hi Ted,

The process is:

Update list data using currently available EOD data by pressing ‘Update List Data’.

If you do that before 7pm PST you will find that you won’t get many symbols updated because the Yahoo EOD server isn’t fully updated until then. So, for instance right now (5pm PST) I get only 11 updated so far for today:
Partial EOD update when data not fully available

That’s where the intraday update will help – you then press the intraday update button to fill in the rest of the symbols data. Note that the ones that were not previously available are now available using the prior day’s EOD data and current Intraday data (from the 15 min delayed data from Yahoo).

Here’s my screen once I press the intraday update:

Try it out and let me know if you don’t see the same thing. Please send a screenshot of any differences.

Thanks,
Chris.
