Tag Layout File Symbol Qtrly

I was following the video on "How to setup Edgerater for Earning Season Play's" and going through the steps of
1. Running the template of Earnings Moves CB to Ca - worked fine.
2. Trade simulation batch run - I set up trade simulation report file location and when I went to link the TagLayout file "symbol qtrly" the folder (Configuration>Tag Files> System) did not contain that file. It did have a symbols and some other tag files, but not the one needed.
What generates that Tag file: Symbols_Qtrly?
