Price Predictor Template suggestion
Hey Chris, I was using the Price Predictor Template, which I like a lot, and realized that some of the columns to the right were still showing avg results even though it was impossible to calculate them meaningfully because there were not enough stock history days available for some of the exits. Fo...

Re: Where is the Chart Script Help files/tutorials now?
Hey Chris, Thanks for the quick responses and the return of the documentation. On a different subject, there is an article by Barbara Star, in Stocks and Commodities mag around Jun or jul of 2014 where she presents an entry strategy using 2 sets of Bollinger Bands combined with Detrended Price Oscil...

Where is the Chart Script Help files/tutorials now?
Chris, 1. I can't seem to find the Chart Script tutorials on your newly revised Edgerater site can you help with that? 2. In my current copy of Edgerater Pro, When I click on Home and then on Quick Start in the Support Tab area I get a 404 File or Directory Not Found error so the Chart Script info i...

Upcoming June Price Predictor Template
Chris, I just re-watched your latest weekly webinar and I was thinking that the table of avg gains per days in trade, for each stock in the simulation might be a lot more handy if it could have a second entry showing %winners for each avg entry shown, as averages can often be skewed by outliers. Tha...

Inquiry on New Hot Topics Template
Hey Chris, I really like the new "Stocks in Play during Last N Days" template for April, and the fact that April templates came in March! I was wondering if you had considered having a set of columns devoted to 'Average True Range' for the same N Days, and if so, what your reasoning was fo...

Re: Please explain MFE and MAE columns in the Trade List rep
Based on my calculations, after running that template, the MFE is the number of shares of an individual trade multiplied by the difference between the highest High price reached while in the trade and the Entry Price of the trade; and the MAE is the number of shares of an individual trade multiplied...

Question on New Criteria added to Simulation Settings
Hey Chris, Back in Dec you made some improvements to the Simulation Settings by adding Available Equity and some new Stop Criteria. How would I label the columns in a simulation template to include those new elements so a modified Trade Simulation template will run in Edgerater Pro? I've PercentageE...

2 more questions on New ABC Up template differ from video
Hey Chris, 1. I guess the only question that remains on my original issue, related to your answer, is what data provider you specifically used in the video you posted, regarding the 6 stocks shown at minute 20.09, as I had already told you in my original post that I used the Yahoo provider and the n...

Re: Country ETFs Summary Template
Hey Chris, I actually made my own copy of the Country ETfs Summary Template and added a ER_Setting Max_Lookback name for B6 and put in a value of 1200 and when I run that template it gives me 4 years of data which is somewhat less than 1200. So it seems it is hard coded to look back from today's dat...

Country ETFs Summary Template
Hey Chris,
When I change the historical date at the top of the screen for the HGSI category, Country ETfs Summary Template, nothing changes, it just keeps running with the last 2 years of data is there a way to change the date span it runs over?
Thanks,
Ed S.
